  11. This ornament is in the shape of a figure wearing a copper headdress or helmet. The large circles on either side of his head are earspools, or earrings, made of copper. Even the face is made of copper, while the orange poncho is made from a sea shell.

  13. Only an important person of high rank would have owned jewelry like this. The materials used, especially copper and the stones set in the breastplate, were considered precious.
